WELA Potato Dumplings - a delicious side dish

With WELA potato dumplings, you can prepare a delicious side dish for meat dishes, fish dishes, or vegetable dishes. This recipe is not only easy to make but also tastes different every time!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 500g cooked and cooled potatoes
  • 150g flour
  • 150ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 packet of WELA potato dumplings (500g)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash or crush the potatoes. Add the vinegar and mix.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan, add garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, until the onions are completely soft. Transfer to the bowl and mix with the potato and vinegar mixture.
  3. Add the flour and mix everything with the WELA potato dumplings. Season with oregano and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat until the dumplings are done. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
