Grilled Meat with WELA TOPSI Meat Seasoning

Grilled meat is a real classic when it comes to spending quality time with family and friends. With the right recipe and the appropriate ingredients, you can be sure that your grilled meat will taste especially delicious. Our WELA TOPSI Meat Seasoning is the ideal solution for this, as it already contains everything needed for seasoning poultry or beef.

For a delicious steak, you will need:

  • 1 packet of WELA TOPSI Meat Seasoning
  • 500 g steaks or other grilled meat
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

It's this easy:

  1. Start by cutting the grilled meat into thicker slices - depending on preference, you can also use chicken breast fillets or other poultry.
  2. Mix the meat seasoning with the olive oil and brush it on the steaks; then let them marinate for about 20 minutes or longer - the longer the marinating process, the more flavor your steak will have! You can enhance the effect by vacuum sealing the meat. This allows the marinade to really soak into the meat.
  3. Then, the steaks should be grilled for about 6-7 minutes at medium to high heat - add some more oil if necessary to prevent burning (works best over direct heat).
  4. Serve the dish warm or cold; as a side dish, any vegetable is perfect - grilled zucchini or eggplant are particularly good, but various salads are also popular with guests. In addition, a crispy baguette makes for a successful barbecue evening.
