Whether you're looking for a quick meal for the kids or something special for Meatless Monday, let's get straight to making this simply delicious dish!

WELA Gourmet Cheese Sauce is a delicious accompaniment to meat dishes, fish dishes or vegetable dishes. This recipe is not only easy to make, it also tastes different every time! Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 150ml white wine
- Creamed mushrooms, sliced
- 1 packet of WELA Gourmet cheese sauce powder (1.25 l 'Allgäu style')
Instructions:
1. heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté over a medium heat until the onions are lightly golden brown.
2. 2. add the garlic and fry, stirring constantly, until the onions are completely soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the white wine and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. add the WELA Gourmet Cheese Sauce Powder and season with oregano and continue to simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
