If you want to spice up the dish a little, simply add a dollop of cream - you won't regret the result! Finally, don't forget some parsley - so don't forget to garnish the dish with fresh herbs. WELA Fix Goulash - a delicious recipe


With WELA Fix Goulash, you can prepare a particularly tasty and juicy goulash. This recipe is not only easy to make, but also tastes different every time! Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large onions, cut into cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 500g beef (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 500ml strained tomatoes
- 1 pack of WELA Fix Goulash (400g)
Instructions:
1. heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté over a medium heat until the onions are lightly golden brown.
2. add the garlic and fry, stirring constantly, until the onions are completely soft. Add the beef and fry until cooked through. Then add the tomato purée and paprika powder and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomato purée and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. add the WELA Fix Goulash and stir everything well until the goulash is completely combined with the rest of the mixture. Cook for another 10 minutes over a medium heat and leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
