Wela Fix has the perfect answer to every dinner need with its delicious goulash. With 500g of meat and the right spices, Wela Fix goulash is a real winner. If you want to add a little extra to the dish, simply add a dollop of cream - you won't regret the result! Finally, a bit of parsley is a must - so don't forget to garnish the dish with fresh herbs. After all, we eat with our eyes, as they say.

WELA Fix Goulash - a delicious recipe

With WELA Fix Goulash, you can prepare a particularly delicious and juicy goulash. This recipe is not only easy to make but also tastes different every time!
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 large onions, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp paprika powder
• 500g beef (cut into small pieces)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 500ml crushed tomatoes
• 1 packet WELA Fix Goulash (400g)
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the onions. Sauté over medium heat until the onions are lightly golden.
2. Add the garlic and sauté, stirring constantly, until the onions are completely soft. Add the beef and cook until browned. Then add tomato paste and paprika powder and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the WELA Fix Goulash and mix well until the goulash is fully combined with the remaining mixture. Let simmer for another 10 minutes over medium heat, then let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
