This recipe is not only easy to make, it also tastes different every time! Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 300g young carrots, peeled and sliced
- 500g potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
- 200ml white wine
- WELA beef stock 'pure' (1 liter)
Instructions:
1. heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté over a medium heat until the onions are lightly golden brown.
2. add the garlic and fry, stirring constantly, until the onions are completely soft. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the white wine and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. add the WELA Rindsbouillon 'Pur' and season with oregano and simmer for about 10 minutes on a low heat until the sauce thickens. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
