This recipe is not only easy to make but it tastes different every time!
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tsp oregano
• 300g young carrots, peeled and sliced
• 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
• 200ml white wine
• Wela Beef Broth 'Pure' (1 liter)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pot and add the onions. Sauté over medium heat until the onions are lightly golden brown.
2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until the onions are completely soft. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the white wine and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add the Wela Beef Broth 'Pure' and season with oregano, then simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
