Quick Bolognese sauce with WELA FIX
Preparing a delicious Bolognese sauce doesn't always have to take a lot of time. With the right recipe and the right ingredients, you can have the sauce on the table in no time at all. Our WELA FIX is the perfect solution for this, as it already contains everything you need for a quick but delicious sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of WELA FIX
- 400 g minced meat
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Put a little olive oil in the pan, fry the minced meat and add paprika powder. Add a little salt and pepper as required and continue to fry over a medium heat. Pour in the vegetable stock and tomato sauce and reduce to half the amount. Shortly afterwards, add the WELA FIX and mix everything well - leave to simmer for approx. 10 minutes over a medium heat.Serve the dish immediately or store it in an airtight glass container in the fridge for later - you can enjoy this dish for several days!
