- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions:
1. heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté over a medium heat until the onions are lightly golden brown
