Recipe: Sheet-Pan Mini Schnitzel with 3× WELA Sauces (30 min)
One tray, three sauces: Brown for the schnitzel, White for the veg, Jaeger for the mushrooms.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 600 g small pork or turkey schnitzel (pounded thin)
- 400 g par-cooked potato wedges + 300 g broccoli/carrot florets
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, pepper
- Brown Gravy: 300 ml water + 3–4 tsp WELA Brown Gravy
- White Sauce: 250 ml water + 3 tsp WELA White Sauce
- Jaeger Sauce: 250 ml water + 3 tsp WELA Jaeger Sauce
- Preheat oven to 220 °C fan. Brush a sheet pan with oil.
- Veg & potatoes: Toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper; roast 12 minutes.
- Schnitzel: Season and place on the tray; scatter mushrooms alongside. Roast 8–10 more minutes until just cooked.

Sauces: Meanwhile, prepare all three: bring water to a boil, whisk in the relevant WELA mix as directed, simmer 1–2 minutes until silky.
