Veggie Burger - Delicious Veggie Burger Wraps with Avocado, Tomato & Herb Sauce – Vegan Recipe

Preparation

  1. Slice the avocado and tomatoes into thin slices and the onion into fine rings.
  2. Prepare the WELA Veggie-Burger Patties according to the instructions and fry them.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare a sauce in a small bowl using mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice, and season with WELA Bio Herb Salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the tortilla wraps on a flat surface and coat them with the sauce.
  5. Top the tortilla wraps with arugula (or baby spinach), tomato and avocado slices, and red onion rings. Then place the freshly fried, hot WELA Veggie-Burger Patties on top and sprinkle with vegan cheese, if desired.
  6. Fold the wraps first on the short sides, then on the long sides, or roll them up.
  7. Serve the Veggie-Burger wraps hot and enjoy!

1 handful Arugula or baby spinach
1 Tomato
1/2 Red onion
5 tbsp Vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tsp Lemon juice
To taste WELA Bio Herb Salt
To taste Pepper
Optional Vegan cheese for sprinkling
