Ingredients:

- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp oil

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
