Gnocchi Pan with Paprika Cream Sauce
Ingredients for 3 people:
- 1 pack of fresh gnocchi from the refrigerated section
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 tsp WELA Gourmet Paprika Cream Sauce Fine Paste
- 400 ml water
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Instructions:
- Dice the onion finely, peel and press the garlic. Wash, core, and cut the paprika into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat some oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the gnocchi to the pan and fry them vigorously. Then add the paprika strips and sauté for a few minutes until they are lightly browned.
- Mix the WELA Gourmet Paprika Cream Sauce Fine Paste in water and add the sauce to the pan.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the gnocchi and cover the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the mozzarella is melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Season with freshly ground pepper and garnish with fresh basil leaves to taste.
- Serve the gnocchi with paprika and creamy paprika sauce hot and enjoy!
