Ingredients:
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (approx. 200 g each)
- 1 package WELA Fix-Sauce Binder Dark
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml red wine
- 200 ml beef broth
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a large pan and sear the steaks on both sides until they are cooked to your liking. Remove the steaks from the pan and keep warm.
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the same pan until soft.
- Pour in the red wine and let it reduce by half over high heat.
- Add the beef broth and bring the sauce to a boil again.

- Add the rosemary sprig and let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes.
