Introduction:
Chocolate Lava Cake is a classic dessert that delights with its molten center. With WELA Schlemmer-Pudding - Finest Dark Chocolate, this cake becomes a true chocolate dream.
Ingredients:
- 1 package WELA Schlemmer-Pudding - Finest Dark Chocolate
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fresh berries and whipped cream for serving
Instructions:
- Pour the milk into a pot and heat it gently. Add the WELA Schlemmer-Pudding mix and stir well until the mixture is completely dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly, until it thickens. Let the pudding cool.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath.
- In a large bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Slowly stir the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture. Add the flour and a pinch of salt and stir until everything is well combined.
- Grease 6 small molds and fill them halfway with the chocolate batter. Add a spoonful of the prepared chocolate pudding to the center of each, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake the cakes for about 12 minutes, until the edges are firm, but the center is still molten.
- Let the cakes cool for a few minutes before removing them from the molds. Serve them warm with fresh berries and whipped cream.
