Introduction: A delicious and elegant asparagus and pork fillet bake, topped with a rich Hollandaise sauce, is perfect for any occasion. With WELA Gourmet Hollandaise Sauce, this dish is quick and full of flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg asparagus
  • 2 small pork fillets
  • WELA Topsi Fleisch-Würzer
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 180 g WELA Gourmet Hollandaise Sauce Paste
  • 500 ml water
  • 30 g butter
  • Breadcrumbs, if desired

Instructions:

  1. Peel the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
  2. Fry the fillets in hot oil for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with WELA Topsi Fleisch-Würzer and pepper. Remove from the pan, set aside, and let rest.
  3. Drain the asparagus well.
  4. Prepare the WELA Gourmet Hollandaise Sauce Paste according to the instructions.
  5. Place the asparagus in a large baking dish. Cut the fillets and add them on top of the asparagus. Pour the Hollandaise sauce over everything.
  6. Toast breadcrumbs in melted butter and sprinkle them over the dish.
  7. Bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. If desired, finish by grilling or broiling for a golden, crispy topping.
