Introduction: Chicken breast in mushroom hunter's sauce is a hearty and satisfying dish that is easy to prepare. With WELA Hunter's Sauce Instant, the sauce turns out particularly flavorful and creamy.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 package WELA Hunter's Sauce Instant
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 ml water
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the chicken breast fillets on both sides until golden brown. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and keep warm.
- Slice the mushrooms and onion finely and sauté them in the same pan until soft.
- Pour in the water and stir in the WELA Hunter's Sauce Instant.
- Let the sauce briefly come to a boil until it thickens.
- Add the cream and stir well.
- Return the chicken breast fillets to the pan and let them simmer in the sauce for another 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken breast in mushroom hunter's sauce with rice or potatoes.
